Reiki is one of the most widely practiced forms of energy these days. Reiki is a form of healing energy that can be used to heal as well as progress on the spiritual journey.
It was rediscovered by Dr. Usui after 21 days of fasting and meditation. The advantage Reiki has over other therapies is that it can be used to heal self as well as others. In these days of high stress and a fast-paced life most of us find it hard to cope with the push and pull of daily grind.
Reiki is experienced in the aura by the process of initiation. Our body has intense points of electromagnetic activity which are called chakras. These points need to work in alignment just like the wheels of a car.
A car can pick up high speeds and a superior performance only if its 4 wheels are aligned and it has a powerful engine free of trouble.
Reiki does this beautifully, during initiation the aura is better aligned and once is practiced regularly the aura keeps becoming better. It also ensures a resolution oriented stress-free mind…which is equivalent to a powerful engine.
It is the ability that all of us are born with. Just as a doctor is not born a doctor but trained to be a doctor, similarly the ability to channel Reiki exists in all of us.
We need to be trained to be able to understand nature and use energy.
The source of the Reiki energy lies in the universal void. It is through the element of space that the entire physical world manifests. It is a space that allows movement to happen and any physical form to become manifest.
Any object and person physically present in front of the healer can be healed using level 1 Reiki. It helps to balance the 5 elements being fire, earth, air, water and space in the body.
The balance happens over a period of time with regular practice of the self-healing positions. Self Reiki can be given for distant events too at this level.
In Reiki Level 1 main stress is on understanding and experiencing the laws of energy. Anything that is to be healed has to be in the physical vicinity of the Reiki practitioner.
Level I is lots of fun as it includes a lot of practical experiments on (auric / energy body) aura, how it interacts with the environment around us.
We explore the power of the human mind, positive & negative thoughts on the aura and the group consciousness –how it works. We learn the Reiki body positions for self-healing and the healing of others.
In this level, we learn the Reiki symbols. Reiki symbols are very powerful means of doing intense and distant healings.
The Reiki at level 2 becomes very effective for all kinds of healing. It is advisable to learn at least Level 1 and Level 2 to experience the complete effect of Reiki. It helps not only with the healing of the body, but it also helps with emotional, mental and spiritual healing.
It can be practiced throughout the day. We do not need to take out special time for practicing Reiki. It can help you make impactful presentations.
The main idea is where ever there is a problem, there is a solution. Reiki stands by us at all times like a trusted friend. Once we have learned it, the mind automatically shifts to thinking solutions than problems.
We can send Reiki to the past, present and even future events. Reiki can be used to heal past trauma and future events like an interview, an exam, legal case or surgery.
At this level, we also learn to use the power generators called crystals along with Reiki. Crystal Healing can be very effectively used to enhance healing of any kind.
The second level consists of the understanding of how the psychic symbol science works in terms of Tantra, yantra, and mantra.
What is psychic negativity? What are the levels from which we can heal goals/ wishes in life? The origin of 3 Reiki symbols explained in detail.
We do experiments to understand the energies of each symbol. The Reiki practitioner learns to use the power symbol, mental symbol, and the distance healing symbol.
Uses of Reiki II in goal manifestation/ wish fulfillment, protection shield creation, healing unwanted habits, past traumas, and future events.
Reiki can be given as a distance therapy too. With each level of Reiki, our connection keeps becoming better and better.
Reiki of third-degree can be effectively used for a very high degree of healings. The practitioner can help remove black magic or severely traumatic energies.
There are many other advanced healing techniques as mentioned in the course details that we learn at this level.
The third degree consists of very effective advanced techniques. Psychic surgery i.e. surgery was done at the level of auric body.
Powerful energy patterns are created by using Crystal Grids and the energy can be then used for achieving multiple goals/healings at the same time. Higher wish-fulfillment techniques.

This field in Reiki language is called an aura. It is absolutely imperative to nourish and take care of both the physical and the auric body.Just like the magnet and its field the human body and auric body are inseparable. The physical body needs physical life force that comes through food, water, air and rest.The energy body needs the energy to sustain.
